“ VERY TASTY and good quality fish and calamari. I ordered fish, calamari and spring roll which came with fries. The place was clean and smelled good. Service was great too, lovely people. They asked if I wanted Sea salt or chicken salt (which I guess the chicken salt is an Aussie thing and I have no idea what that is so it didn’t sound appealing to have chicken taste on my fish so I chose Sea salt. Later I found out that apparently Chicken salt doesn’t taste like chicken and was told that it is tasty so now I have to back to try it and report back) If you are in the area definitely go try the fish and calamari. ”

“ Johnny and Koola have been cooking our fish and chips for more than 10 years probably 15 years they are the best fish and chips around and always cook to perfection never had a problem and the staff working here are always great friendly people keep up the great food R and S BMarsh ”

“ Best fish & chips in Melton. Love the blue grenadier, very fresh and so tasty. Yummy thick potato cakes and golden fluffy chips just like I used to have back in the 90s. Other Fish and chip shops have those fluro looking chips, not here, tasty old school fish and chips. Crunchy and golden on outside fluffy potato inside. Husband loves the burgers and spring rolls, Generous portions and great customer service. ”

“ 100% the best fish and chips in melton. My mum has been going here for years and the ladies that work there call her by name and truely make you feel appreciated as a customer. I would give them 5 stars for food but sometimes things get forgotten such as spring rolls or our hotdog in batter but that happens and it’s definitely not as bad as other fish and chip shops in melton! Truely a great place, and has the best prices, 100% recommend! ”

“ I ordered a piece of fish and also got free chips with it. Im not sure if it was because they had run out of my preferred choice of fish, but I thought it was a lovely gesture and one that will tempt me to go back despite the poster on the door stating they barrack for a interstate AFL team! Lol. Their fish was incredibly fresh and melted in the mouth, the battery light with a crisp. The chips were a lovely golden color, well cooked soft centre's and semi crispy on the outside. When you ask for extra chicken salt they actually listen! Average prices. Good shop, I will return. ”
